To change your registered phone number, you must verify your identity through the support team. The option to change your number directly in Settings is restricted for security reasons.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required when:

• When total withdrawals in a calendar month exceed ৳50,000.
• When a suspicious transaction pattern is detected.
• If 2777ber management deems it necessary.

For KYC verification, you'll need to submit photos of both sides of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie holding the document. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All transactions on 2777ber must be made through a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account suspension.

Important information about deposits:

• The minimum deposit for bKash and Nagad is ৳200, and ৳300 for Rocket.
• Minimum ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes.
• If the funds haven't arrived after five minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

Important information about withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes, and within 15 minutes for VIP members.
• A specified wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity — identity verification will be requested in such instances.

4 Betting Rules & Market Settlement

Every bet placed on 2777ber is considered final once confirmed in the system. Members cannot cancel a bet on their own after it has been placed — however, you may use the cash-out feature to settle a bet early.

Market settlement rules:

• If a match or event is cancelled, the original bet amount is generally refunded.

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or placing bets using another person's funds.

• Harassing other members or sending harmful content.
• Processing transactions using a third-party payment method.

If you do not accept the updated terms, your account may be closed and any remaining balance will be refunded. Continued use of the site after the notice period expires will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
